Isaiah 40:31: “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
Goodbye 2025 and Hello 2026…! And if you are new here, welcome to my first and final post of 2025!

This year was so beautiful in all its trials! My God! The things I have learned in the trenches are absolutely invaluable. I will look at this year and thank the Lord for exposing things in me and outside of me. For highlighting the value and the evil of situations, people and things. The lessons learned here are lifelong.
Oh boy, what suffering does to the soul. It sanctifies and leads you ever so closer to HE who lives. My journey has always entailed this but more than ever, I give myself the GRACE that HE himself gives me. The old is gone and the new continues to grow.
I will listen to HIS will and not grow weary for he alone gives me the strength to emulate him. In my weakness I will praise him. I denounce any speech about self-gloating of power. For I have none.
I thank him for stable health reports for myself and family, I thank him for healing my mother after a stroke, I thank him for this home, provision and the breath in my lungs. I thank him for the countless blessings this year and the beautiful people he used in these instances.
I thank him for the deep, more-precious-than-rubies friendships that were formed. I am more whole because of them. They always sharpen and lead me back to the one who can!
I am also so thankful for all the women the Lord allowed me to pour into this year, such a privilege and honor. I am thankful for the beauty of my children’s hearts and the unwavering love of my husband, who is my daily physical fortress.
I am blessed and so are you. So let us rejoice!
Happy New Year!
